To improve flexibility, you most do many stretches. The kind of stretches most be beyond the normal resting length. This would help improve your flexibility level. This includes static, reflex-assisted, and positive stretching.

STRETCHES:
-Hamstring Stretch: being in long-sit position show what connective muscles, tendons, and joints are being stretch.

-Gluteal Stretch: start with position and explain what are the connective muscles, tendons, and joints are being stretch.

This coming summer i would be working on my cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. i would be running five times at week and work on my muscular strength about three times at week. I want to improve my cardiovascular fitness because I want to have a healthy hearth and lungs. I also want to improve my muscular strength because i want to grow stronger and keep on doing many things in my old age.
